Gretchen S. Wilcox
Gretchen S. Wilcox founded G.S. WILCOX in 1994, becoming the first woman in the nation to open a commercial real estate mortgage banking firm. Gretchen has grown the firm to become one of the most successful independently owned commercial mortgage banking firms in the country through originating over $7 billion of commercial real estate financings with a loan servicing portfolio of over $2.1 billion.
She has received numerous awards for her achievements throughout her career, including being named New Jersey’s Most Influential Woman in Business in 2024 by ROI-NJ.
Gretchen is a graduate of Babson College with a double major in Finance and Quantitative Methods. She currently serves on the Board of Morristown Memorial Hospital Foundation and is a proud member of The Daughters of the Revolution (DAR) and The Mayflower Society.

Wesley M. Wilcox
In addition to monitoring several client relationships, Wesley oversees the internal sales and marketing teams. Since joining G.S. WILCOX in 2016, he’s consistently grown the firm’s client base and established new lending relationships, playing an instrumental role in growing the firm’s servicing portfolio to over $2.1 billion.
Wesley serves as a Trustee of the New Jersey Chapter of CREDA. He also serves on the boards of the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce and the Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University. Additionally, he has regularly been recognized by numerous publications as one of the most influential people in New Jersey real estate and business.
He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University. In addition, Wesley serves on the Ambassador Board of Morristown Medical Center to help fund raise to support the hospital.

Bridget B. Wilcox
Bridget not only arranges commercial real estate mortgage loans on behalf of the firm’s growing client base, but she also oversees the firm’s accounting and operations departments, along with the Servicing and Closing department which currently services over $2.1 billion of loans. She has been featured in several industry publications as a key player in New Jersey commercial real estate and is involved with numerous industry organizations. Prior to joining G.S. WILCOX, Bridget worked at Loews Corporation and UBS in New York City.
Bridget holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University, where she captained the women’s golf team. She is also a proud member of The Daughters of the Revolution (DAR). Bridget resides in Bernardsville, NJ with her husband and two daughters.

Al Raymond
As Principal of the firm, Al oversees underwriting, analyst development, and IT management. He reviews all executive summaries and loan submissions and serves as liaison between borrowers and lenders throughout the financing process, from application through commitment. Al is also responsible for monitoring local commercial real estate markets and trends.
Al has been with the firm since 1997 and has worked in commercial banking since 1989. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Saint Peter’s College. Al resides in Morris County with his wife and has two grown children.

Ryan Mansbach
As a Vice President at G.S. WILCOX, Ryan is responsible for originating debt and equity financing opportunities across all commercial real estate asset classes.
Prior to joining G.S. WILCOX, Ryan served as a corporate development consultant at Four Springs Capital Trust, focusing on capital raising initiatives and mergers and acquisitions activity. Previously, he was an investment banking associate at Piper Sandler, where he participated in more than 15 transactions totaling over $2 billion in capital raises and M&A advisory assignments for real estate and depository institution clients.
Ryan previously served as an officer in the United States Army, holding roles as a fire support officer, platoon leader, and staff officer in both the United States and South Korea. He is also a mentor with American Corporate Partners, assisting veterans transitioning into civilian careers.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Management from United States Military Academy.

William Gallagher
As an Associate Producer at G.S. WILCOX, Will originates debt and equity financings across all property types and assists the firm’s other originators on their transactions. He has managed over $900 million in mortgage transactions from underwriting through closing, and he manages and expands the firm’s lending network, with a focus on life insurance companies. He also leads the firm’s AI efforts and has presented to the firm on how to extend these tools to other roles. Will was drawn to real estate finance while shadowing his brother at Monarch Investment & Management Group.
He graduated from Bergen Catholic High School in 2017 and cum laude from Bucknell University in 2021, earning a BSBA in Accounting & Finance with a concentration in Finance and coursework in real estate and data analytics. He is a Master’s candidate at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, expected to graduate in May 2027.
In 2023, Will was selected for the Meadowlands Chamber’s “50 under 30” emerging leaders. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New Jersey.

Vincent Puccio
Vincent Puccio is a Financial Analyst at G.S. WILCOX, where he underwrites and prepares financing packages for debt and equity opportunities across multifamily, mixed-use, and industrial markets. Working alongside the firm’s originators, he supports each transaction from initial underwriting through due diligence and closing.
Vincent graduated with high honor from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2025, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology with technical concentrations in Finance and Data Analytics. During his sophomore and junior years, he served as President of the Stevens chapter of Phi Beta Lambda, a business organization that introduces students to the core disciplines of business.

Nicole Jacobs
As Assistant Vice President of Loan Closings & Servicing, Nicole manages G.S. WILCOX’s closing process from commitment through funding. She coordinates among borrowers, lenders, title companies, insurance agents, third-party providers, and legal counsel to keep each transaction on schedule and running smoothly.
Nicole heads the firm’s servicing department and oversees its loan servicing portfolio. She also handles the firm’s legal document review. Her servicing responsibilities include annual insurance compliance and property inspections, loan events, UCC tracking, payments, escrows, lender certifications, post-closing obligations and general loan servicing requests.
Before joining G.S. WILCOX in 2023, Nicole was Director of Project Management at The Silverman Group. She began her real estate career at Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co., where she worked throughout college. She holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont, where she majored in Japanese language and minored in biology.
Outside the office, Nicole enjoys crafting and spending time outdoors with her two dogs.

Thomas Holland
As Controller at G.S. WILCOX, Tom is responsible for managing the firm’s financial, reporting, and compliance efforts, while also being heavily involved in operations and human resources. He brings over 15 years of experience to the firm, with a strong background in operational finance in various industries including professional services and manufacturing.
Tom graduated from Montclair State University and holds a New Jersey CPA license. He lives in Morris County with his wife, and in his free time enjoys watching soccer and spending time outdoors.
