- Manage the loan closing process from origination through settlement & funding
- Analyze commitment to determine due diligence and documentation required
- Act as liaison between borrower, lender, their respective counsels, and title companies
- Order third party reports and review to ensure compliance
- Review insurance certificates (including flood) to determine if it is in compliance
- Review loan documentation to ensure compliance with loan approval
- Obtain post-closing documentation, including filed and recorded documents and title policies
- Resolve any post-closing issues to lender satisfaction
